This weekly 4 part course is held in a closed group and has a smaller setting than a regular class, making it semi-private.

We take a maximum of 8 participants, so mums-to-be have space to be comfortable and safe, while receiving more personlised instruction in a cosy environment.

This course will share practical information about practices and techniques you can use during labour.

Giving birth is a personal experience. It is so important to observe your reaction to intense sensations and emotions, so that at the given moment you can choose the best way for you to respond to the intensity of birth. We will explore birthing positions, movements, breathing, and other preparation techniques. These tools will help you to release tension and create physical and mental space, so the arrival of your little one is the result of your amazing capacity to create life, your determination, and an open mindset. You will learn to trust and accept the process, while seeing your power as a woman.

It is recommended for mothers-to-be who are 32 weeks pregnant and onwards.

The 4 week course will take place with a minimum of 3 participants. As it is a closed course, if you miss a class, it is not possible to re-schedule the missed session. If you book the course and it does not take place, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations of this course can be made at the latest 72 hours before the first class.

This special class is an invitation for you to rest, nourish and replenish yourself.

Come and enjoy an afternoon just “being”, without expectations nor pressure, so you can fully relax.The class will consist in pranayama, a restorative asana practice, deep relaxation, and mantras, all supporting our main intention, to rest.

This class is designed for yoga and meditation students of all levels, from beginners to advance students.

*Cancellations made within 12h of the beginning of the this class are non-refundable.

*Please note that if you pay for this workshop using your 10 x Pass, Two classes will be deducted from your pass.
