Summer is a season of warmth, a time to slow down, take a break, chill out, and spend more time outside. Summer gifts us the time to reflect, read, be quiet, and enjoy nature. It is the season to celebrate life.

Summer is also a time to work on ourselves, to build strong foundations, to grow, and to discover what makes us happy.

Practising yoga is one way to honour this time. It is an invitation to practise gratitude for the nourishing light and to connect with nature and ourselves. It is an opportunity to find a meaningful intention for the coming months, to celebrate, to sing, to feel alive, and be in the present moment.

This workshop is for everyone who likes to explore other limbs of Yoga and will include: asana, meditation, pranayama and chanting. The asana portion will be taught with plenty of options allowing you to receive the full benefit of the practice.

This weekly 5 part course is held in a closed group and has a smaller setting than a regular class, making it semi-private.

We take a maximum of 9 participants, so mums-to-be have space to be comfortable and safe, while receiving more personlised instruction in a cosy environment.

This course will share practical information about practices and techniques you can use during labour.

Giving birth is a personal experience. It is so important to observe your reaction to intense sensations and emotions, so that at the given moment you can choose the best way for you to respond to the intensity of birth. We will explore birthing positions, movements, breathing, and other preparation techniques. These tools will help you to release tension and create physical and mental space, so the arrival of your little one is the result of your amazing capacity to create life, your determination, and an open mindset. You will learn to trust and accept the process, while seeing your power as a woman.

It is recommended for mothers-to-be who are 32 weeks pregnant and onwards.

The 5 week course will take place with a minimum of 3 participants. As it is a closed course, if you miss a class, it is not possible to re-schedule the missed session. If you book the course and it does not take place, you will receive a full refund.

The key for postnatal recovery is consistency, but we understand that planning with small babies is not always easy, so it is possible to book each session separately.


The Postnatal class is in a smaller setting than a regular class, it is a semi-private group with a maximum of 9 participants. In this way, mums and babies have space to be comfortable and mums get a more personalised class that focuses on effective alignment and adjustments to ease their postnatal recovery.

BABIES ARE MOST WELCOME!

Postnatal Yoga offers support on a physical level, helping your body to recover and regain strength after birth in the pelvic floor region, abdominal wall and back. It helps to release the neck, shoulders and upper back. On a mental level, postnatal yoga helps you to relax and feel more grounded. Group classes also provide an opportunity to meet other mums and create a community.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STUDIO ACCESS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LARGE PUSHCHAIRS (there is a narrow staircase and no lift. However, if you have a smaller stroller or collapsable one, this can easily be brought inside).

ASHTANGA MEETS RESTORATIVE

The class is divided into two contrasting, but complementary parts. The first is dedicated to the Ashtanga Vinyasa method, which purifies the body/mind, enhances balance, strength, and flexibility. We move through asanas emphasising the breath, gaze, and alignment. The second involves restorative postures held passively for longer to activate the nervous system and aid relaxation. The class aims to balance the opposing forces of the dynamic and energetic Ashtanga method and the static and nourishing restorative practice.

Proceeds from the class on 22 September 2024 will be donated to AMIGOS DE LOS ANIMALES DE GRANADA.

This is a class in benefit, you can always donate more than the cost of the class at the studio 🙂 Thanks for the support to the animals!

REST (RESTORE & RELAX)

This special class is an invitation for you to rest, nourish and replenish yourself.

Come and enjoy an afternoon just “being”, without expectations nor pressure, so you can fully relax.The class will consist in pranayama, a restorative asana practice, deep relaxation, and mantras, all supporting our main intention, to rest.

This class is designed for yoga and meditation students of all levels, from beginners to advance students.
